Every day that is not a Wednesday in August, I will be offering something as a prompt for writing in honor of CampNaNo. For the second week, these will be inquiries into whatever you’re writing right now, taking a closer look at the characters.
We always look closely at our protagonist. They’re the one telling the story, after all! But the antagonist is just as important, and without a well rounded conflict, the story might fall flat. So think about your antagonist, and write the earliest thing they can remember.
Your task is to write something–ANYTHING!–based on this prompt. Whether it is 100 words or a thousand, or even the inspiration for a new novel or story, all I want you to do is write. And if you do write, and are comfortable posting it online, please post to your own blog and link to the comments here or on Facebook, or you can post directly into the comments or on my wall!
